I travel to places of high energy guided by intuition and universal forces to experience, perform ritual and play my tiny part as the Earth moves into her new body. I train in Kung Fu to keep fit, to surface wounds of the past and to heal. Kung Fu also helps to deal with one's negative demons in a physical way. It is the path of discipline and self-control.
