| Interests | I have been teaching 5th grade for the past 15 years, and there's no place I'd rather be. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education, a master's degree in reading and language studies, and I am currently national board certified in middle grades reading and language arts. Reading is my favorite subject to teach, and it's also my favorite thing to do. My favorite authors are Stephen King and Matthew Quick. I am married and have two daughters who are ages 9 and 12. We love to go to the beach and pool together. I also enjoy running and staying active just about any way I can. |
