Introduction | Hi. My name is Rachel and I am a certified RRCA run coach. I have a background in social work, public health and psychology. I also hold certifications in Spinning, group fitness and health coaching through ACE. This October I will be participating in the USA Triathlon Coaching program. I coach runners of all skill levels, from those gunning for their first 5K to the seasoned ultra runner looking to improve efficiency. On a personal note, my strongest distances are road 10K and 13.1 however I enjoy trail 13.1 the best. Nothing beats running under the canopies of our local redwood forests. |
