| Introduction | I'm a self taught pastry chef with a love of cooking, baking and all things delicious. I'm often at sixes and sevens with things I like to eat and things I should eat. I have kids and a husband, (not acquired in that order), my own business and I love music, reading, swimming and sewing. I would love to jump out of an airplane, with the aid of a parachute, I'm not crazy afterall and don't have delusions of grandeur. My delusions are right where they should be. I love Star Trek !!
