Introduction	Keith and I have learned more about the Gospel through our marriage than anything else... how the husband is like Christ and the wife is like the church... the purpose of marriage goes beyond personal happiness and fulfillment... it is meant to point to the truth of the Gospel...a reflection of how genuinely and intimately united Christ is to the Church, and the Church to Him.. When we realized that adoption is another part of the gospel reenactment, in that we have been adopted by God to be heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ; we began to feel the calling toward adoption in this world. Now we eagerly await the opportunity to begin the process of pursuing several of our children through adoption, but until that time (and hopefully during/after), we will serve as foster parents in order to provide a safe place for children to stay while their parents get their lives in order and reunification to occur if possible. In this important aspect of orphan care, we hope to share God's love with these children and their families when possible during these difficult times of their lives"
