| Introduction |
What I do I'm a Java/XML programmer looking after the data behind IngentaConnect. I work on reference extraction / linking, and data conversion. I also monkey with PDFs. Currently, I'm building a *Really Big* RDF triple store to hold all our header data. I'm also into neural networks and biometrics. Why I left Uni with a totally useless Philosophy degree. But luckily, it was the late nineties - and they were hiring anyone in software. Ingenta was nearby. Lame claim to fame I used to live in a 1984 Chevy Van with no reverse gear. |
