| Introduction | I have fished as long as I can remember. It'd be safe to say I've tried almost every type of fishing method and many various types of fishing. Bait fishing in freshwater, estuaries and the sea; land based game fishing; blue water game fishing; lure casting for salt water fish, trout and natives; deep trolling lakes... 1990 saw me pick up a fly rod and immediately a passion for that style of fishing overwhelmed all others. Nowadays, I'm simply not interested any any form of fishing other than fly fishing. That is the pure potency of the fly fishing attraction. I am confident that if it has fins and swims, I can catch it it on a fly! I fly fish mainly for trout and salmonids in feshwater but am gradually expanding my fly fishing horizons with some swoffing. (salt water fly fishing) The years to come will be an epic journey and enormous fun. I hope to share those experiences with you. Cheers for now. TJ. |
