Introduction	Over thirty years of innovation in retail food industry, most recently the development of Mystic Chips potato chip brand, which was sold to Utz Quality foods in 2004. Enjoy living in tiny coastal Connecticut fishing village, along the Mystic River. I started this blog in order to track and chronicle my transition from a predictable steady entrepreneurial career into something new and unknown. Since I love to write, I can think of no better way to keep a roadmap of a period in my life while receiving feedback from those who know me best, and interestingly, dozens of new critics and friends.
