| Introduction | I am a full time business student and a full time mommy to a busy baby girl. Food is my passion. Our family recently took meat and dairy out of our diet for two reasons: 1) I do not like working with raw meat. 2) We watched Forks Over Knives and read Skinny Bitch. I highly recommend doing the same if you are curious about a meatless diet! I plan on using this blog as a resource to share my favorite recipes and cooking tips.
