| Introduction | I'm 27 years old and I have Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. I had a very tough time growing up, being picked on and bullied, never having friends, unable to do well in school, scared of everyone and everything, and being very out of shape. From the day I stepped on the bus to kindergarten until my early 20's I was picked on. I always had bullies and though there are a couple I'd like to run into, I've come across some of the others and actually made friends with them. In my later teens after highschool I went through a period where I literally had no friends. Before I turned 21 I realized I needed to make a life change. I discovered exercise. I started working out at the age of 21, starting with light weight lifting, then combined with kickboxing, onto rock climbing, MMA, and now Crossfit (intense athletic training) and that combined with the right medication and support from family and friends, turned my life around. I still have a long way to go, but I'm now successful, 6'3 and 205 pounds and needless to say people don't pick on me anymore, except my friends and it's only because they love me :) |
| Interests | Exercise and some extreme sports, but nothing too crazy. Crossfit, rock climbing, used to do MMA but I'm too fragile :) I love anything social where I can hang out with as many of my friends as I can. I also love video games. They're a good way to escape the world a little and let my mind wander off. I also have a beautiful, loving girlfriend who is a better person than I could ask for or ever imagine I would have. |

| Favorite Music | Depends on the mood. Mostly Rock, but I have an ear for good music and sometimes I come across some good hip hop rap. |
| Favorite Books | Being ADD, it's hard to get into a book haha. |
Why does the color blue mean raspberry-flavored?
