| Introduction | Out there are ten books I've written: I call them realistic contemporary British Christian fiction for adults. You can find them on Amazon if you look for S.L.Russell. Apart from writing, and reading which I do a lot of, I play flute in a band, and am a church organist.' Following the trilogy 'A Shed in a Cucumber Field' made its appearance in 2014 and a fifth novel in a similar genre, An Iron Yoke, was published early in 2016, followed by A Vision of Locusts in 2017, published by Instant Apostle. An anthology of poems and short stories, A Wealth of Words, by members of my writers' group The Write Idea was published in September 2015. 'The Healing Knife', published by Lion Hudson, was released in March 2020, followed by 'The Thorn of Truth' in May 2021 and 'The Wounds of Time' in 2022. The Art of Life, fourth title in the loosely-linked Brant series, was published with Resolute Books in 2024. |
