| Introduction | I teach middle school biology and hang out with 13 year olds all day long. They keep me young and teach me patience. During the summers, I get away from the classroom and get outside! This summer's adventure is my biggest yet: I am riding my bike cross-country in support of the American Lung Association. I love bicycle touring and it has always been my dream to ride cross country. The $5,500 I raised for the American Lung Association to participate in this ride will help support clean air quality, lung disease, and education about the dangers of smoking. |
