| Introduction | Born and raised in the beautiful state of Michigan. Trees, snow, the Great Lakes and "love in the air" in Springtime! At 19 life took me to sunny Southern California. Endless sunshine, beaches, palm trees, the Pacific ocean, Malibu, Santa Barbara, 80 degree weather, snow covered mountains, outdoor cafes, Hollywood, million dollar yachts...everything in the movies! I spent the next 30 adventurous years there. Then life picked me up and took me to Texas. The Lone Star State, home of the Cowboys, open land, big sky, longhorns, REAL gentlemen, and hot & humid summer nights!! Texas is home now! We built a dream house on 2 acres. I adore anything vintage. I stop and smell the flowers and need sunshine filled days and any body of water near me. I am known to obsess over pretty paper and notecards, as well as collect hundreds of paint strips in search of just the right color.
