Introduction	I have been the Preschool Director at First Baptist church for twelve years. I am a Mom of three who is passionate about the book ScreamFree Parenting by Hal Runkel. It has changed my life and I want to help families develop calming relationships one family at a time. This blog is for my first ScreamFree Parenting class. I hope it will help encourage all of us to stay calm while in the midst of a very busy time in our lives.
