| Introduction | My studies began in psychology and then took a turn toward natural medicine which lead me to healing with essential oils. A good description of what I do is life coaching as much of my guidance is in assisting others with their path. My greatest knowledge comes from my life experience. I combine over twelve years experience from my personal transformation with training in experiential and professional settings. I have worked my own healing process in great depth while studying with several mentors and training in the field of psychology, holistic and plant medicine, Native American teachings and a vast array of healing forums.
