| Introduction | I am a law professor at the Faculty of Law,University of Malaya, Malaysia. I am also a Visiting Professor at several universities in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and Europe. I was the Adviser to the Government of Malaysia on data protection from 2007-2010 and drafted the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. My research interests are Air and Space Law, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Law, Renewable Energy Law and Nanotechnology Law and Policy. |
