| Introduction | I am a wife, mother of two children and a photographer. After 10 years in the design world, I prepared to be a stay-at-home mother by starting a photography business. When the children arrived, depression sank in and being an introvert and a mother has been a struggle. A lot of who I am now has to do with processing life as a former over-achiever who's re-evaluating life as I knew it through therapy, while maneuvering motherhood without my own mother around. I want to heal. I want to live life simply and joyfully. I want a better world for my children. I want to connect with others through writing. |
