Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility: the Bible says to be instant in season or out of season. There have been times I've literally had two hours to prepare to teach Bible study on Wednesday night at church or just a few minutes of preparation to lead a testimony service at church. Or no time to practice a song to sing at church. You've got to be flexible in ministry.
