| Introduction | I first attended college at the University of Montana as a vocalist. When I decided to become a mom, I quickly realized that it was time to switch gears in order to spend more time with my family. At that point, I attained a degree in Early Childhood Education and taught pre-k for 6 years, and eventually decided to attained my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education through Texas State University. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to be an educator in Leander ISD and Round Rock ISD. As far as teaching goes ... It excites me as a teacher when the students are engaged and excited, asking and answering questions, predicting, talking to each other and challenging themselves to find out more. |
