RWANDA:14 years after genocide, still no democracy

Introduction	So much has been written about Rwanda, yet so much remains mysterious and hard to unveil. 14 years after the genocide, there are still voices cring to be heard, images never seen before and stories never published. My attempt (just as any other ordinary seeker of the truth) is to write and ask for solutions in the hope of creating a new world order- a world free of genocide. I will try to raise the plight of neglected communities in the Great Lakes region and practise the culture of democracy by daring those who are opposed to my views to an intellectual debate. I welcome everybody, Hutu or Tutsi, revisionist or anti-genocide, democratic or dictatorial for that is my simplistic view of what entails democracy. May we find light and peace together
