Introduction	I am a Jack Russell Terrier. I live with my Minder and my feline brother called Lennie. Because I am a terrier dog I like to do lots of things all at the same time. I get bored very easily. So my Minder suggested I try to meditate and write a blog about my meditation experiences to share with others. So here it is, and I will update it every so often when I'm moved to do so.
