Introduction	The kitchen is my favorite room in the house. Cooking and baking is my catharsis. I love to feed people the kind of food that makes the soul happy! The first bite of something should make you close your eyes and take a moment to enjoy the experience. My mom taught me how to cook and though I’m branching out, her recipes are some of my favorite foods. She’s also my best friend. My hubby (married in October 2011!) is the perfect man. He loves food as much as I do and he’s always an appreciative eater. When I’m not cooking (or while I’m waiting for something to bake), I’m reading anything and everything I can get my hands on. I’m learning to garden as well. Seeing something I’ve planted grow and blossom is a wonderfully satisfying experience! Current status: New Housewife Ultimate Goal: Domestic Goddess
