| Introduction | Cooking and baking didn’t come naturally to me. Happy-Cooker is sort of my journal to keep my tried, tested, and loved recipes together and hope that some day my daughter will look it up to find her mommy’s best kitchen secrets – because no one cooks like your mom. The recipes I post are mostly from my family and friends, however some are created while on-the-job for a toddler and food addicted husband ;). Some trials are based on other food blogs I visit (I post links to the original author). I hope this blog will evolve into a place to share and experiment my love for cooking and lately baking with others. By the day, I am full-time professional water/wastewater engineer in Portland, OR, with a bachelor degree in civil engineering and masters in environmental engineering.
