Introduction	This fool has been bought with the blood of the Lord Jesus, whom I strive to know through His Bible and obedience to it. I strive to place no confidence in science, vain philosophy, traditions, or my own heart, but to rely wholly upon God's word for understanding and direction, that I might know Christ. He must increase, but I must decrease. We only have two options in this life: Enjoy our sin and be cast into hell, or humbly trust Christ and gain eternal life. If you're not sure who you're living for, "examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves." Do you hate your own sin? Do you love God's word? Are you unashamed of Jesus? Is there any good thing you're doing to earn God's favor and forgiveness? -It's all Christ, and all about Christ.
