| Introduction | I love food!!! I love to read about healthy eating and nutrition and I really enjoy cooking. After finding out a couple of years ago that I have food allergies (gluten and soy), I started experimenting with making different foods in healthy ways. My husband, Donnie, has been encouraging me to blog about my recipes, the things I've learned and have tried. My husband is not very picky when it comes to food, my kids though.....it's always a challenge. I'll tell you what we've tried, liked and wouldn't bother with again. Thanks for checking it out! |
