| Introduction | I am nothing apart from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I can't imagine my life and who I would be if not for His love and saving grace. I have been so blessed. I was born in Missouri then raised in Alaska by independent Baptist missionaries who followed God's call to the native peoples there in 1999. I look back on my life and it is like a storybook in my mind. In 2022 I married a Texan, my wonderful husband Steve who loves God and leads me closer to Christ. I am so grateful God gave me him. I love so many things. I love my family, friends, church, and teaching children. I love learning and studying God's Word and drawing deep into my fellowship with Christ. I love learning how to be a Gospel-centered woman living a godly, good, simple life in our crazy digital age. My experiences in Alaska are so much a part of who I am . . . I love Alaska -- the beauty and purity of nature in the remote Arctic wilderness I grew up in. I love the people God has called me to! God called me and my husband back to Alaska after living for almost three years in Texas. To God be the glory! |
