Introduction I like talking about cheese, so I created the Joy of Cheese, which is a way for people to have fun while they listen. I come to people's homes to do cheese tastings and I hold monthly tastings at three NYC locales and I teach cheese and beverage pairing classes at the 92nd St Y. Our tastings involve 10 cheeses within a theme, fruit, dark chocolate, and two mystery cheeses. It's a way to taste and learn about some great cheeses and if you invest the energy, it's a way to establish a vocabulary for the dialogue that goes on between your brain and palete when you taste great cheese.
