| Introduction | Shades is a faith-based organization created to encourage and empower tween and teen girls. We have created a blog as a means to inform,educate and motivate our viewers. In addition to our teen blog "Ur Voice" we have created a blog for parents, "Parent Voice" as a resource and outlet for parents.
