Introduction	April 2011.Welcome to my blog! I'm 42, happily married with 3 cats. I need to get fit and lose weight.42lbs to be precise. Thats my goal. I'm going to do it by tracking my calories and learning to run. I want to be capable of doing a 5k run by August 2011 and get into size 12 (uk size) jeans easily by Christmas. I want to be healthy when I am 80. This is not a diet. This is a lifestyle change for the better. Thanks for reading xx
