| Introduction | I am a mom of 4 kids, Jessica, 24, Joey, 23, Logan, 13 and Kimberly,2. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter, Grace. I love my family!! I am also bipolar and have a severe anxiety disorder and social anxiety.This doesn't make me a bad person. I am not crazy either. I don't tell many people about this because of the stigma attached to mental disorders. A mental disorder is no different than a physical disease. No one asks to be bipolar, just like no one asks to be diabetic. It just happens. I believe bipolar is genetic. My grandmother and aunt were both bipolar. Anyway, there you have it. |
