Introduction	Just a normal girl with a big heart. I love kids, especially my Haitian Prince, and dogs, especially my own mutt. I love books and movies and having time for both. I love God and my family and try really hard to live a life that reflects such. Sometimes I fail. I've never blogged before, but being (hopefully) over half-way through the Haitian adoption process, thought maybe it was time. I love to travel, but I love to do so in service even more! Being away from home, with no electricity, running water, weird beds and bugs is not a vacation I'd run to, unless I am doing it for a reason greater than myself. I've met some amazing people, including my son, and seen some amazing sights of poverty and beauty, side-by-side. I've learned a lot, but have a lot more to learn. I'm a bit of a home-body and enjoy it! I am a dreamer. A lover of chocolate. A wanna-be healthy person. A daughter, a sister, a mother, an aunt, a friend... This blog is my life, my truth, my experiences. A friend told me "you can't NOT blog. Sometimes, just knowing someone else has gone through it is enough." So here I am. Sharing what I go through.
