The Rising Day
My blogs
| Introduction | Roger Cowlishaw, a bunch of his songs, a prophetic word and a group of musicians, begun developing and practicing these songs and music that would become The Rising Day, while believing God for opportunity to record. A humble garage studio was found, manual labor as payment for recording as they put up walls, sound proofed and eventually constructed the studio. Recording progressed despite setbacks of delayed recorded equipment, available studio hours, missing files and a general lack of resources. Obstacles grew, the garage studio was closed and progress all but stopped as Roger and Corey Hamill, the only original members left, went to prayer. Inferior recordings meant more recording was required. Doors opened again with the dedication of a friend Garry Rodgers. The faithfulness of God to provide finance and people has been a testament to His promise and the belief that His anointing is over this album. The prayer for this project is that He would be glorified in our praises and that as this album is played, lives will be forever changed by the power of Jesus Christ. |
