| Introduction | Henri and I met in May 2012 at Homeward Bound Animal Shelter in Decatur, Illinois. He had tons of energy and we counted down the days till we could take him to the dog park and get him some real exercise. He is two now and still needs to burn off a lot of energy or he will decide that squeaking his toys and poking you with them is a good way to get your attention, especially when you might be trying to go to bed or getting ready for work in the morning. Sometimes the dog park only slows him down until he's had a good nap so running has now been added to our list of activities. That's where this blog was born. |
| Interests | eli - Dogs, kids and doing lots of different artsy-fartsy things. Most of my time is spent with Henri. Henri - TOYS! Stuffed ones, squeaky ones, round ones, flat ones...especially if I can tear them up! TREATS! Peanut butter and banana are my favorite. I have a chicken "aversion", but I still like it! Running, jumping, playing...I like to chase tennis balls and sticks, then I like to play keep away while bringing them back. Ooh, and I like digging! |
