Principles of vision, innovation, humility, quality, empathy, magnanimity, perseverance, and balance channel us toward greater personal effectiveness. Instead of being a driftwood being tossed to and fro, I'd rather made my own waves following my direction. Never say : "i have tried my best" when you fail because you will never know what is the best thing you can do :)
