Introduction	Hey, so I'm a Theater Major/ foodie stuck on a college campus with unappetizing and unhealthy food options, and on top of that I have no oven and no appliances except a microwave to make my own food. This is a challenge, but I am not defeated! I was inspired to create this blog about making healthy and delicious food, without getting kicked out of campus housing.
