Introduction	i'm a military wife who would follow my man to the ends of the earth and beyond, if duty called; a grateful mama to my little blue-eyed miracle Kathryn Sophia; and most importantly, a beloved daughter of the King. I love to write about life, even the small things...which are not really 'small' at all, since life is made up of 'ordinary' moments we store in the treasure chest of our memories, the most valuable being those which echo softly of heaven. I love to get lost in a good book. Church life is very important to me. So is defending the cause of the unborn and reaching out in love to those the Lord places across my path. My greatest goal in life is to be a humble vessel used and eventually 'poured out like a drink offering' for the glory of my Savior, Jesus Christ. To live is Christ, to die is gain. This blog is my journey of chronicling our life with all its ups and downs, striving by the Spirit to find beauty in everything. I welcome you to sojourn alongside me. Enjoy.
Interests	photography, art, cooking, nature, falling more and more in love with my handsome soul mate, learning about all things mommy, forging precious new friendships wherever we are sent with the Coast Guard, serving within my local church, reading good books, making a house a home, adventures (particularly visiting new places in Europe or Pacific NW!), oh....and blogging of course!
