You've successfully slain the dragon! How will you toast your marshmallows?
I will toast them to good health and many happy returns over a Tuaca Sidecar of my own devising: Half an orange, 1/3 a lime 1/3 a lemon juiced in to a shaker with ice, 1 tsp sugar, and a small jigger filled with 2 parts Tuaca and 1 part orange Liquer (Patron Orange, Triple Sec or Cointreau all work but you get what you pay for.) Shake the hell out of it (you cannot skip this step...)
