| Introduction | My name is Meryl Franzos. Once upon a ten + years ago, I was a model and Anna Sui's design assistant in New York City. I could've carved out quite the fashion career for myself, but instead I found myself in Pittsburgh--a post-Industrial town, commonly dismissed for its plethora of steel and proletarian ways. And yet, I have no regrets. Life, love, inspiration and yes, fashion exists here in the rust belt. I am very excited to collaborate on the Mrs. Franzos style blog with my husband, Pittsburgh photographer and cinematographer, Joshua Franzos. We have a lot of fun together. When I'm not blogging about light and fun subjects, I'm slowly chipping away at heavier themes in my first novel inspired by seven years of my life working at a Pittsburgh auction house. |
