| Introduction | I am a former "runner" that has taken a leap into the triathlon world. I have completed 5 marathons and more than 10 half-marathons plus many other running races of various shapes and sizes. :) My wonderful, energetic, inspiring Ironman friend, Karen introduced me to the triathlon world. It is in her "impossible to fill" footsteps that I follow. I had only completed a couple of sprints and tri-a-tri's and then (in a delusional moment) signed up for the inaugural Muskoka 70.3 race. So, I hired a coach (Greg Bradley) and with his help (and my swim coach Jill - she is so patient with my endless failings in the pool!), I have finished both the Lake Chaparral Olympic and the Muskoka 70.3 races for the 2008 season. |
