| Introduction | In March 2010 I will be setting off on a bicycle ride from Cape Town to Istanbul. I will be cycling over 16,000km, unsupported, through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sudan, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Turkey.
