| Introduction | I’m a girl that likes beer and likes learning about beer. This blog is being written to document my journey through the world of beer. My husband will undoubtedly be along for much of the ride since he is a beer enthusiast as well. I will be trying new beers, at least one a week, and writing my thoughts about them here. I will also review the various beer establishments that I go to along the way. While a good portion of the places we go will be in New England, as we are from Maine, we are always up for an adventure. Although beer is good on its own, I certainly enjoy it with food. Food and beer complement each other very nicely and pairing one with the other often makes an experience greater than the sum of its parts. In addition to pairing beer with food at pubs and restaurants, I also enjoy playing with the combination in my own kitchen. I will be sure to share any recipes I come across.And last but not least, what kind of beer geek would I be if I didn’t partake in home brewing? |
