I have been involved in Politics longer than I care to remember. I represent the Bishopthorpe Ward on City of York Council and am due for re-election in May 2011 |
| Interests | Plants and gardening, I have a collection of Cacti in a fairly large greenhouse. I am the Secretary of the Ancient Society of York Florists which is the oldest horticultural show society in the world and I am also the York Branch Secretary of the British Cactus and Succulent Society |
