| Introduction | I am a beginner blogger...not very hip in the ways of blogging but willing to take a leap. I am many things in this life, first and foremost a wife and mother (not always in that order). These days I am living vicarously through my daugter who is unknowingly teaching me the real meaning of life each and everyday and I thank her for every lesson. I have an abundance of thoughts that consume my mind daily and this will be my opportunity to actually get them out of my head and organize them in some way. I am not a journalist, writer or scholar; I am just an everyday person who has things to say on the issues that impact my life and the lives around me. Whether it is a simple diary entry or a commentary on a topic that moves me to write, I intend to use this blog as my outlet. |

| Favorite books | Honestly, I've never been a big book reader (that use to be embarassing to say). If I read a book it's usually poetry, something that begins and ends quickly. I am a big romantic so romance novels use to be my choice of fiction. For me, give me a good movie anyday and I'm satisfied...trust me when I say I have a big imagination but overall I'm a visual person. |
