Introduction	The C2C (coast to coast ) is the third of Mark garnett mad ideas, some may say mid life crisis. First came the running, with the 10K Manchester then a greater challenge the Great North Run. Then came the Great Windermere swim, with lots of training but unfortunateley it was cancelled until 2011. We had two very unhappy chapies as Nathan was going to take part also. Anyway after the disapointment of the swim Mark has thrown himself into his C2C ( coast to coast ) challenge. He didn't take up my offer of cycling along with him, as he didn't want to fail. I should be grateful however that he is allowing me to be his roady. Maybe we will get a tandem and do it together, he will need another challenge for 2012, watch this space........Bernie
