Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I often wear scarves. I think I got the idea when I traveled in Northern Europe: Guys and dolls alike wear scarves all the time. I wish mine were Hermes, ... just saying.! So send me one, already!
