| Introduction | See lets see... I am: - in my 40s - white - separated, with two wonderful grown up children (one at university, the other a classroom assistant with children with learning difficulties) - a Methodist Minister in North London - a part-time hospital chaplain - a wargamer interested in, mainly, 1690-1890 period, but also some ancients... using Warmaster Ancients, Le Feu Sacre, King of the Battlefield and occasionally other sets - doing a PhD on being a white minister in a black majority congregation - theologically inquisitive - we need a coherent post modern response to our traditions of faith. Our churches still proclaim something the world needs but in a way that often feels unbelieveably dull and irrelevant! - someone who loves beer, wine and brandy!! as well as travelling (India, Korea, Jamaica, Greece...), eating out, country walks, theatre and cinema, reading..... - losing weight! |
