Introduction	running, yeah it hurts, but its the sunshine of my life. Every day it adds a little more character, i can be what i want and achive what i strive. i wake up and run to see how much more pain i can endure, how much i can better myself. keeping within the discipline. so what do people think of when they run? i think of everything, the song, the boy, what i ate, school and friends and why the hell am i runng cuz it hurts! but see its a good hurt. it makes me stronger. its what i love.
