| Introduction | My name is jeff Winters, I am 35 years old and I work in the automotive industry. My lovely wife Christi I set a goal at the beginning of the year to start eating healthy and try and to be more active ultimately losing some weight so we can keep up with our 3 yr old daughter. There are SO many diet plans out there that claim " this is the way to do it" so i am excited to learn good nutrition for myself and my family and hopefully create good new habits for the rest of our lives. |
