Introduction	Over time there have been many paths that i have traveled along my life journey. Some of them have been joyful experiences and others not. To travel a path that includes living with a diagnosis of Bipolar is one of the challenges in life I would of preferred not to have. But I am who I am and I live with the reality that my reality has been fractured in the past and is likely to be fractured again in the future. In between the Highs and Lows of this mood disorder I continue to live my life
