| Introduction | First started this blog in 2010, I was so committed and ready to make a change and I did! My goal then was to lose 100 lbs – when I hit ONEderland, something happened.. I started to lose my will power, & motivation. I have been able to maintain the 57 lbs loss thanks to my love of running, still I have struggled with the same 5-10 lbs these last 2 years. I’m grateful I was able the weight loss as that is a struggle in itself but I’m ready for my come-back! I’m ready to tackle the 2nd half of this journey once and for all! |
